School Uniform

At St. Matthew's we have a school uniform. We expect all children to wear it, as it gives them an identity, which we hope will make them proud to belong to the school. Our school uniform is:

•Bright red jumpers

•white shirts

•grey or black trousers, skirts or pinafore dresses

•flat sensible shoes (but not trainers)

All Hijab's worn by Muslim girls must be black

Available to purchase at the school office are:

•red school sweatshirts (£7.50)

•red PE T-shirts (£1.50)

•book bags (£2.45)

•gym bags (£1.80)

•baseball caps (£1.60)

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT EVERY ITEM OF YOUR CHILD'S CLOTHES AND OTHER BELONGINGS ARE CLEARLY NAMED.

Jewellery

Watches and studs may only be worn in school. No other jewellery is permitted. Items of religious jewellery may be worn under clothing.
